Starting point
Jastchuk Rubber needed to present itself with one consistent identity to B2B buyers in petrol stations, autogas, marine and industry.
We treated the work in two parts: first the brand identity, then a website that carries that identity and is built around collecting quote requests.
Diagnosed problem
In this market buyers judge a product by its standard before its price: an LPG hose's compliance with EN 1762, or a vehicle gas hose's with ECE R67, is a precondition of the purchase. Sales run through quotations, not a shopping cart.
So the site's job was not to showcase products, but to present technical information clearly, standard by standard, and lead visitors to a quote request.
Strategy
Identity first, then the site. Web design did not start until the logo and colour system were settled; the site, printed materials and product labels all derive from the same identity.
Standards-led structure. Alongside the products, separate pages were built for standards and application sectors, so a buyer can go from the standard they need to the matching product.
Two languages. English for export buyers, Polish for the local market; each language has its own URLs and is declared to search engines with hreflang.
Implementation and deliverables
- Brand identity: logo set (primary logo, white version, mark, favicon) and brand guidelines
- Brand kit (12 items): business card, letterhead, envelope, product and box labels, catalogue cover, vehicle livery, banner, hose print mock-up, email signature
- English–Polish B2B website: 15 product pages across fuel and gas hoses, industrial hoses, and rubber profiles and seals
- Standards pages (EN 1762, ECE R67, EN 1360, EN 12115), 4 application-sector pages and a blog
- Quote request form: enquiries are delivered instantly by email and Telegram
- Admin panel: contact details, notification settings and incoming quote requests managed from one screen
- Technical SEO: hreflang, Organization/WebSite structured data and a 100-URL XML sitemap
Limitations and learnings
There are no performance claims on this page. The site has just launched; traffic and enquiry data will be added here as it accumulates.
Product, certification and company information on the site is the client's own statement; our job was to present it accurately and clearly. Advertising and marketing management are not part of this project.
