5. Payments and Refunds

• Prices are shown in Uzbekistani som
• Payment is made in advance or as specified in the contract
• Bank transfer, card or electronic payment accepted

5.2. Refund policy

• 100% refund if service has not started
• 50% refund possible in the first phase
• No refund after service completion

6. Limitation of Liability

101 Digital is not liable for third-party services, user error, technical failure or indirect damages.

8. Contract Term and Termination

• Contract enters into force from the date of signature
• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
• Company may suspend services in case of breach

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first resolved by negotiation. Failing agreement, the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the site.
